Megha Singh is a Coach (Business, Mindset and Productivity); Fractional Consultant (Marketing, Communication and Community Building); an Independent Board Director and a Professional Speaker. She is the Owner & CEO of Launchpad, the kindest community of entrepreneurs on the Internet. 

Launchpad is a Singapore-headquartered, membership-based community of small business owners in South East Asia. These founders are typically in the early stages of their entrepreneurial journey: 0-5 years and are in the SME sector. After building a strong network of about 250 founders in Singapore, Launchpad is now pushing forward with a South East Asia expansion. The company has just acquired a similar community of business owners in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is launching in Manila, Philippines in 2026. The community also has members in Hong Kong, Bali and Australia.

Megha’s most recent venture is as co-founder of Makers and Shapers, an awards platform that brings recognition to female founders, building businesses with values and purpose in Singapore. 

Megha has close to 20 years of work experience across startups, SMEs and MNCs like Shell, Sephora, Meta, Publicis Group and Honeycombers.

Through her company, Megha has worked in a variety of roles including Project Management, Community Management, Relationship Management, Marketing, Communication, PR, Events, Partnerships, Business Development, People Management and Pitch Training across industries including Lifestyle, Entrepreneurship Development, Education, Media, Energy, Impact & Art.

Megha has also been building vibrant communities since 2015 including for CRIB, Trehaus and Launchpad.

She has a Master’s degree in mass communication and loves the arts - word, visual and motion. Mom to 2 boys, she is currently working on her first book. She is also a trustee on board the Swayam Foundation, an Indian NGO that is creating learning and work opportunities for people in the country.
