1-1 Coaching for the Founder and the Business

 

1. Business Overview Session

This is a 60 minute in-person session or call for quick solutions to immediate pressing problems, clarity on your next steps and a clear plan of action.

You will receive a summary document after the session with key takeaways and next steps as well as important connections to elevate your business.

Who is this for?

All founders in any stage of business who are feeling stuck and lack clarity to take action. You also need a marketing boost for your business and need to expand your network with just the right people to take your company forward.

2. Strategy Deep Dive Session

This is a 3 hour in-person intensive where we review the business and its current processes and plan strategic initiatives to help the business achieve its vision.

  • You will receive a summary document after the session with key takeaways and next steps as well as important connections to elevate your business.

  • Plus, we will also create content to promote your brand in my network via Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Includes a complimentary check-in and accountability call post the session to ensure strategy implementation is in place.

Who is this for?

You are about to or have just started your business and need clarity on your target audience, products/services, pricing and marketing strategy. Or you have been running the business for a while, have hit a plateau and need to figure out how to pivot in order to hit your targets.

3. Comprehensive Coaching Plan: Long-term support

Spread over 6 months, these are 6 IRL sessions or calls of 2 hours each where we come up with or clarify the vision of the business, figure out the strategy to achieve it, plan the execution of the strategy and finalise the communication needed with all stakeholders. Most importantly, we work on your mindset to set you up for growth and success

  • You will be connected to curated specialists who can help with the execution of different aspects of the plan.

  • You will receive unlimited Whatsapp support and email guidance in between the sessions.

  • You will receive tools and templates to support you and your business.

  • You will be connected to important connections to elevate your business.

  • Plus, we will also create content to promote your brand in my network via Instagram and LinkedIn.

You have been running your business for a few years and need to supercharge it to the next level.
This can also be for you if you are just starting out or about to start your business and are ready to make the investment to get the full plan of action and just the right resources.
