Breaking the Money Taboos: Let's Talk Abundance!

📣 What's your relationship with money?

Mine used to be very wonky - wanting it but not really - because I felt a lot of guilt and shame around having money.

My money story (directly influenced by my parents) was:

❌ You have to work very hard to make money.

❌ You can't make money the honest way - if you have a lot of it, you have done wrong things.

❌ Money will change you - it will spoil relationships.

❌ Don't spend on expensive things - that's a waste of money and you are showing off.

❌ Don't hang out with people who have money - they'll make you do terrible things.

❌ People who have money have no culture or education.

❌ Money, after a certain threshold amount (decided randomly) is BAD.

I have done a lot of inner work around changing my money story and mindset to have a healthy relationship with money - and that's what I shared recently on the podcast 'Conversations that Count' hosted by Lisa Partridge.

I spoke about the most common blocks, taboos, managing money efficiently as well as practical and fun steps we can all take to improve our relationship with the 'M' word.
